Why should I use your company?
We are a small cleaning company which means you will be familiar and comfortable with the cleaning crew, not having different crews in your home week after week. We take pride in our work and the staff is fully insured and trained in detailed cleaning and safety issues of your home or office.
Do I have to be home for cleaning?
Many of us have busy lifestyle. Some of our customers prefer to be home for scheduled cleaning appointments others do not. It is entirely up to you. Our services will not be affected either way.
If I’m not able to be home on scheduled cleaning day, how will you get in.?
There are many options for this. It is totally up to you. Let us know where you would hide a key (anywhere but under the front mat too obvious)
Give us a garage code.
Leave a door open and we will lock it when we leave.
Have a friend or neighbor let us in.
Give us a key to hold for scheduled appointments.
Does your company have insurance?
Absolutely. We are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind. A certificate of liability is available upon request.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We strive for perfection but none is perfect. If there is ever anything missed and you call within 24 hrs, we will make sure we easily rectify the situation, but this situation has so far never occurred.
Do I have to supply anything?
We supply all the chemical cleaners, brooms, mops, buckets and cleaning rags. If you prefer special cleaners we can also use them instead. All of our products are antibacterial for sanitation. We like to use the homeowners vacuum for sanitary reasons. Some people are allergic to pets and therefore pet dander or fleas and ticks from other pets can be brought into your home from using same vacuum home to home.
